I’m Fionna Gan, a product manager with 10 years in tech, building AI-driven products, launching software used by millions, and leading cross-functional teams at Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Dave, and PushPress.
Alongside my product work, I keep returning to storytelling and creative expression, assisting short films, choreographing performances, producing YouTube content, and volunteering at film festivals. Creative collaboration is where I feel most alive.
So I’m pivoting into media and film, combining creative instinct with operational rigor. I thrive in roles that require juggling multiple responsibilities, solving ambiguous problems, streamlining workflows, and helping teams execute under pressure.
I see myself starting on a producer track, leveraging experience managing teams, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders. Long term, I’m deeply interested in developing as a writer and director, but right now I’m focused on learning quickly, adding value, and supporting ambitious creative projects.
